- Clinic Days: 5 days per week
- Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Coverage Dates: 9/22–9/30, 10/21–10/29, 11/16–11/20
- 95% Outpatient, 5% Inpatient
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active IA License or Active IMLC
- Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology
- Experience Required
- Willing to work at both Des Moines locations
- Clean Malpractice/Background
- Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes
- Number of Physicians: 1
- Ancillary Staff: 1 RN or CMA per physician
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-15 Primary, 5-8 Secondary
- EMR: EPIC
