Era Locums provides staffing services to connect medical professionals ("Candidates") with healthcare facilities ("Clients"). We do not guarantee job placement or continuous work assignments.

3. Candidate Requirements

To use our services as a Candidate, you must:

- Hold a valid and current medical license in the relevant jurisdiction(s)

- Maintain current malpractice insurance

- Be authorized to work in the United States

- Comply with all facility-specific requirements (e.g., immunizations, background checks)

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your qualifications and availability

4. Liability Limitations

Era Locums is not responsible for:

- Delays in credentialing or onboarding processes

- Terms of contracts between Candidates and healthcare facilities

- Malpractice disputes or professional liability issues

- Cancellation or early termination of assignments by Clients

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid to us for the specific assignment in question, not to exceed six months of service fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Era Locums and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in San Diego, California.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our operations are also subject to applicable California labor laws and federal healthcare regulations.

8. Changes to Terms
