- 24-hour emergency call with call back
- Shift Schedule: 24hr call 7a-7a
- Weekend and on-call requirements
- Board Certified
- Active KY License or IMLC
- Active DEA
- BLS Certified
- Orthopedic Fellowship preferred
- COVID Vaccination preferred
- General surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures
- Hip/knee replacement and repair or revision procedures
- Arthroscopy
- Clean background
- Must be available for listed dates
- Provider must be able to perform hip nailing procedures
- Patient demographics: Adults, pediatrics, & geriatrics
- EPIC EMR system
- Orthopedic surgical cases including trauma, fractures, dislocations, amputations, deformities, tumors, total joint replacement/revision, spinal surgery, and arthroscopy
