- Neurological Surgical Fellowship trained
- Board Certified through the American Board of Neurological Surgery
- Active Pennsylvania State License or IMLC with LOC in hand
- Type of charting: Epic
- Call response time: 30 minutes
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
