- Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month

Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine - Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
- Fellowship required
- Licensed in IN or IMLC
- ABLS, ACLS, BLS certifications required
- Epic EMR experience
Clinical Details
- 12 patients per shift
- 30 beds in department
- Assigned patient rounding
- Support staff includes 2 RNs, 3 MAs, 2 PAs/NPs, and 5 office staff
- Call ratio: 1 in 3
- Phone consults required
- 25% call back rate
- Heart Failure service on consult
- 24/7 in-house hospitalist and critical care coverage
- No transplant; VADs performed
