Procedures: Scope - General derm/Excisions - cosmetics are optional and not necessary
Setting: Outpatient Clinic - Well established practice with patients in the schedule ready to go
Start Date: 12/2
License: Must be ABD certified Dermatologist will take IMLC
Dates Needed: December 2nd-31st (time off for holiday is ok)
