Job Details

• Looking for one Hem Onc provider to work in our outpatient clinic in Tri-Cities area of WA for the following dates: 
• Shifts needed are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, no call. 
• Last two weeks of Feb (2/17-28)
• First two weeks of April (3/31-4/11)
• Last two weeks of May (5/19-30)
• Last two weeks of June (6/16-6/27)
• We'll also have ongoing PTO coverage needs through 2025. 
• Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
• Epic EMR - AI SCRIBE PROVIDED BY ERA LOCUMS
• Outpatient only
• No admissions
• No hospital/ Surgery center privileges required
• No temporary privileges available
• 16-20 patients per shift

Physician Requirements: 

• Board Certified
• Fellowship Preferred
• 30 days credentialing timeframe
• BLS required
• Support Staff: RN 1, MA 1, PA/ NP 6, Office Staff 4
