Physician Details:

• Board Certified
• Fellowship preferred
• Licensed in WA or IMLC
• No reimbursement for licensing costs
• BLS required
• Trauma Level 4
• 90 days credentialing timeframe
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MA, 1 PA/NP

  Call Details:

• Beeper
• 20 min call response time required
• Call Back %: 5
• Locums Call is For: Both
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Admissions: No
