We are seeking a Call Only Orthopedic Surgeon for a position in Utah. This role involves handling orthopedic surgical calls for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Job Details:
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- EMR System: MedHost
- Settings: Outpatient/Inpatient Required
- Admissions: Required
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges: Required
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Bed Capacity: 6 ICU, 30 Medical-Surgical
- Rounding: Both inpatient and outpatient
- Hospital Certification: Stroke certified
Physician Requirements:
- Certification: Board Eligible
- Licensure: Licensed in Utah only
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Reimbursement for Licensing Costs: Not provided
- Credentialing Timeframe: 3 days after complete application submission
- Trauma Level: Level 4
Call Details:
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 15 minutes
- Locums Call Coverage: For both inpatient and outpatient
- Patients Seen During Call: 0-5
- Admissions During Call: 0-5
