We are seeking a Board Eligible Psychiatrist to provide call-only coverage in Texas. This role involves managing inpatient care without the need for admissions or hospital privileges. The hospital uses MedHost EMR and is stroke certified, ensuring a high standard of care. Temporary privileges are available for quick onboarding. The ideal candidate should have expertise in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, affective, personality, and psychotic disorders, as well as experience with seclusion therapy, restraint application, and ECT. Familiarity with involuntary commitments and various therapy techniques is also preferred. ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
