- Hospital is not stroke certified
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Fellowship Preferred
- Licensed in TN only
- BLS, PALS, Fetal Monitoring Required
- Reimbursement for licensing costs
- 7 days to credential
- Trauma Level 4
- Peds Level 1
- Support Staff: 2 RN
- Beeper
- 30 min call response time required
