- Monday–Friday (clinic + inpatient)
- ~10 months assignment length
- 1 day orientation, up to 3 days proctoring (5 cases required)
- Weekend call 1:3 (occasionally 2 weekends/month)
- Holiday call (July 4th required)
- Clinic + Inpatient + OR/Procedural setting
- At least 2 weeks per month
- MI license or IMLC accepted
- BC/BE in Vascular Surgery
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- ~30 days for privileges/credentialing
- Minimum 50 major vascular cases in past 12 months
- Must include 7 open aortic cases
- Procedural competency across full vascular scope
- EMR: Epic (Dragon dictation)
- Inpatient rounding + outpatient clinic
- Full surgical/procedural mix (OR, IR, cath lab, hybrid suite, vascular lab)
- Vascular testing reads
- Total cases: 2,371
- OR cases: 566
- Invasive procedures: 1,323
- Clinic visits: ~5,995 (across 3 surgeons)
- Testing reads: 10,195
- Support staff: 4 APPs (no supervision required)
