Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Will accept candidates needing to license
- min 5 yrs. experience
- Prefer licensed candidates or IMLC for ASAP start
- ACLS
- CSR
- DEA

- Trauma Level IV
- small and rural hospital
- Critical Access hospital
