Coverage Needed
- Specific weeks: July 13 through August 3
- Provider needed for at least 2 weeks within this period
- Ongoing PRN needs available
- 24-hour call coverage, 3–4 days per week
- 1 weekend of call coverage
- 8-hour inpatient rounding/surgery on other days
- Board Certification required
- Demonstration of at least 100 cardiothoracic and vascular surgical procedures in the past 24 months
- Clean background for temporary privileges
- Case logs needed for credentialing for past 24 months
- Call response time: 30 minutes
- Inpatient/Surgery only
- Procedures: CABG, VATS, Thoracotomies, Lobectomies, AAA Repairs, Arterial Bypasses, Aortic Valve Replacements
- Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding, surgical consults, ER call coverage
- Program volume: Approximately 90 surgeries/procedures per month
- Team: 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons, 3 Advanced Practice Providers
- EMR System: Epic
