- Self-Query NPDB within 30 days of presentation
- Hospital-based rounding
- Average 1 case per day
- Trauma Level 2
- 20 Operating Rooms
- Support staff includes 3 PAs
- Adult patient demographic
- Required procedures: CABG, Arterial Revascularization, Redo Coronary Revascularization, Pericardial Window, Heart Valve Repair/Replacement, Mitral Valve Repair
