    • Weekend and on-call requirements
    Requirements
    • Board Certified
    • BLS Certified
    • Clean background
    • Impella support (Insertion/Removal/Bailout)
    • Structural Heart Support (in Hybrid OR / Cath Lab)
    • Kentucky License preferred
    Clinical Details
    • Hospital-based practice
    • 1-2 CT surgical cases per day
    • 1 Heart OR, 1 Hybrid OR
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Adult and geriatric patients
    • Ancillary staff includes First Assist with Endoscopic Saphenous Vein Harvest experience
