Coverage Details
- Schedule: 4–5 days per week preferred; 32–36 hours per week; typical hours 7a–5p with some flexibility; start 05-01-2026; ongoing
- Patients per shift/day: 12–16
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours only
- Practice setting: Outpatient only (hospital outpatient department)
Requirements
- State license: Oregon license required; OR DEA required
- Board/certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Privileges/credentialing: Hospital credentialing required; temporary privileges not available; estimated credentialing 90–120 days
- Life support: BLS required
Clinical Details
- EMR: Epic
- Trauma level: Level 0 (PEDs Level 0)
- Support/staffing: MA (4); Office staff (9); no APP supervision; no resident/teaching supervision
- Procedures/scope: Diagnostic/therapeutic taps including arthrocentesis and thoracentesis; joint/soft tissue injections; tissue biopsy; bone mineral density studies; IV therapies related to rheumatology; microscopic specimen evaluation; EMG and NCV
