Coverage Details
- Schedule: Start 05-04-2026; ongoing. Coverage needed 2 weeks per month; 8 hours of patient care during the day with overnight call
- Patients per shift/day: 12–16
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Call details: 2nd call/backup; 30-minute response time; <3 phone consults; 0–3 patients seen; 5–10% callback; 0–2 admissions; call rotates among providers

Requirements
- State license: Louisiana license or IMLC
- Board/certification: Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Privileges/credentialing: Temporary privileges not available; estimated credentialing 120 days
- Life support: BLS required

Clinical Details
- EMR: Epic
- Support/staffing: Office staff (1); no APP supervision; no resident/teaching supervision
- Procedures/scope: Traction/immobilization devices; arthrocentesis; diagnostic/therapeutic taps; pain management (acute and chronic); joint/trigger point injections; epidural/facet/fluoro-guided injections; EMG and nerve conduction studies; wound debridement; medical management
