- Day/Night Shift Coverage
- Board Certified in Neonatology
- Recent clinical experience required
- At least 6 months of clinical experience in Neonatology
- Completion of Prescreen Questionnaire
- CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
- Self-Query NPDB within 30 days of submission
- 40-bed Level III NICU
- Staffing Model: 6 full-time Neonatologists
- Day coverage: 2 Neonatologists (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Night coverage: 1 in-house Neonatologist (5:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Transport: Nurse-driven team with physician oversight
- Procedures: High-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia with aEEG
- No ECMO or cardiac surgery (except PDA ligations)
