    • Active or IMLC License

    Clinical Details
    • Standard outpatient clinic schedule, 8-5 M-F
    • 1 hour for new patient and Diabetic appointments
    • 30 minute follow-up appointments
    • EMR System: Epic
    • Call Response Time Required: 20 Mins
    • Call Ratio: 1:4
