Coverage Needed
- Dates: December 23 @ 0700 - December 28 @ 0700
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- On Call: 24-hour call coverage with follow-up clinic
- Board Certified
- Clean Malpractice/Background
- License: Open to new license candidates
- Ability to perform: Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement; hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgical procedures; trauma injuries, fracture care, sports medicine, and other disorders
- Inpatient Responsibilities: Rounding on post-op patients, inpatient/ED consults, OR
- Trauma Level: 3
- Number of Physicians: 4
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 7
- Supervision of APP expected
- Physician Nurse Ratio: 1 nurse/provider, 3 cast techs/7 providers
- Ancillary Staff per Provider: 3 Reception/7 providers, 2 Surgery Schedulers/7 providers
- Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2 exam rooms and 3 cast rooms
- Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Mainly consults, current avg hospital daily census 160 pts/day
- EMR: Epic
- Teaching Opportunity: IM and FM residency; PA student rotation
