- Rounding: Assigned Patients
- Board certified/ eligible
- BLS required
- Licensed in OR only
- No reimbursement for licensing costs
- 90-120 days credentialing timeframe
- Trauma Level 2
- Support Staff: 2 PA/NP, 8 office staff
- Will Provider Be Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers? Yes
- Radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial) X
- Diagnostic/therapeutic taps
- Lumbar puncture (required skill)
- Subdural taps
- Other (excludes lumbar puncture and subdural taps)
- Thrombolytic therapy
- Biopsy - Nerve
- Biopsy - Muscle
- EEG (Electroencephalogram)
- Brain death exam
- EMG (Electromyogram)
- NCV (Never Conduction Velocity tests)
- Evoked potentials
- Pain management procedures
