- 24-hour shift coverage model
- Approximately 283 deliveries per month hospital-wide
- About 8 deliveries assigned to the hospitalist team monthly
- Approximately 334 hospitalist patient encounters per month
- Epic EMR experience
- First Assist needed, with support available
- Hospitalists provide GYN coverage for emergency GYN cases
- Cannot be in process for any other OBHG programs
- Level III NICU on-site
- In-house anesthesia coverage
- MFM on-site
- Backup available via OB/GYN ED call
- Hospitalists do not back up midwives or family practice
- No residency program at this site
- Awarded an 'A' Hospital Safety Grade by the Leapfrog Group
