    • Board Certified in OB/GYN
    • Active Oregon license or IMLC
    • DEA and CSR
    • BLS certification
    • Proof of COVID vaccine

    • Approx. 360 annual deliveries
    • EMR: EPIC
    • 10-bed LDRP Unit with a 2-bed newborn nursery
