    • Clinic Hours: Weekdays, likely 0830 - 1600

    Requirements
    • Board Certified in OB/GYN
    • Active OR license, IMLC, or licensing candidates accepted
    • DEA and CSR required
    • BLS certification required
    • Proof of COVID vaccine required
    • Clean malpractice/background required
    Clinical Details
    • Full Scope OB/GYN
    • NICU Level 1
    • Clinic Volume: 15-18 patients per day
    • Approx. 500 annual deliveries
    • 10-bed LDRP Unit with 2-bed newborn nursery
    • EMR: EPIC
