- 2-3 weekends per month ongoing
- Friday (7a) - Monday (7a) - 24 hours - in house - laborist
- Call Schedule: Two weekends a month, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Board Certified
- OH license (willing to accept providers needing to obtain State License)
- BLS & ACLS
- Active DEA
- Clean Malpractice
- Self-Query NPDB report required
- Practice Setting: Hospital Call 90% Labor and Delivery
- Total Number of Beds: L&D/Post Partum/Triage 34 Beds, Hospital 205
- Onsite Lab & Ultrasound: Yes
- Nursery Level: Level II
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Required Obstetrics Procedures: Low and High Risk Pregnancy, FHR Interpretation, OB ultrasounds
- Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine and Complicated Deliveries, VBACs, Repair of Lacerations
- Gynecology Required Procedures: Surgical Gynecology, Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal
