Coverage Needed
- Location: Ohio
- Practice Setting: L&D, OB/GYN
- Reason for Coverage: Insufficient employed physicians and midwives
- Dates of Coverage: Starting as soon as possible until more providers are hired
- Schedule: Physicians 7a-7p, Midwives 7p-7a
- Call Schedule: Physician call for midwife 7p-7a
- Monthly Delivery Volume: Approximately 92
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- ACLS, BLS, PALS (highly preferred, must be willing to obtain during credentialing)
- OH license (willing to accept those who will obtain license)
- Self-Query NPDB report required at the time of presentation
- Nursery Level: III
- Onsite Lab and Ultrasound
- Support Staff: RNs, CNM
- Required Obstetrics Procedures: Low and High Risk Pregnancy, Routine and Complicated Deliveries, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
- Gynecology Required Procedures: Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor, Surgical Gynecology – Open
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- In-house Anesthesia: Yes
