- Doctor of Medicine
- 1 year of industry experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Clean NPDB
- No large malpractice issues
- Case logs: 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
- Three professional references within 18 months
- MI license preferred; IMLC considered
- Location: Midland, MI
- Call - In House Only
- Procedures: Suction D&C, L&D, Laparoscopy, Read NST’s, C/Sections, Tubal Ligations
- EMR: EPIC/Dragon
