Locum Tenens OBGYN Need in MI

NPDB Self Quiry will be required.  ***PER CLIENT CONTRACT, THEY WILL ONLY GUARANTEE 10 DAYS per 30 day period without cause*** so either the provider can: 1.  Only work 10 days per 30 days if they require the guarantee 2.  If they are looking to work more than 10 days per 30 days, we can ask for a contract amendment if there a job/dates associated with it. ***10 day cancel guarantee will need to go on provider agreement OBGYN 24 -Hour Call Only Two locations:  MyMichigan Medical Center Alma MyMichigan Medical Center West Branch EMR Epic Creds 30 days 50 deliveries and 25 GYN cases within 12 months for one FTE Callback varies between locations, anywhere from 0-5 callbacks/shift Will need >3 days of orientation before starting call Ongoing needs through 2023 Updated Dates as of 5/11/2023 ALMA 6/30 8a - 7/2 8a 7/6 8a - 7/7 8a 8/4 8a - 8/7 8a 9/9 8a - 9/12 8a 12/19 8a - 12/22 8a WEST BRANCH 7/1 7a - 7/6 6p 7/31 7a - 8/2 7a 8/17 7a - 8/18 7a If the provider would prefer, we can do a pager fee plus CB rate.
