- Life support: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required (AHA)

- Support/staffing: RN (3), MA (1), Office staff (2); no APP supervision; no resident/teaching supervision
- Procedures/scope: Low- and high-risk pregnancy; FHR interpretation; OB ultrasound (Level I/II); routine and complicated vaginal deliveries; C-sections; breech, multiples, VBAC; 3rd/4th degree laceration repair; office/minor GYN; open and laparoscopic surgical GYN
