    Requirements
    • Board Certified
    • Active ID License or Active IMLC LOQ
    • Proof of COVID vaccine required
    • MD diploma, medical licenses, DEA, and life support cards (BLS)
    • References and case logs
    Clinical Details
    • 24-hour in-house anesthesia/CRNA support
    • MFM available 24/7 by phone
    • Locum physician scheduled as a "solo provider" and serves as backup
