Locum Tenens OB Hospitalist need in GA

- Duration: Short term, approximately 2–6 months
- 24-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–8:00 AM
- Coverage available Monday–Sunday
- Approximately 12 shifts per month
- Reason for Need: Medical leave and resignation
- MD/DO
- Active GA medical license or ability to obtain (IMLC)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- If Board Eligible, must be within 3 years of residency
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- DEA required
- ACLS preferred
- Must be able to obtain hospital privileges
- EMR: Epic
- NICU Level: III
- Approximately 196 deliveries annually
- Approximately 581 OB ED visits annually
- Approximately 129 surgeries annually
- Approximately 64 C-section/surgical assists annually
- Circumcisions required, approximately 60 annually
- Consult coverage included
- Responsible for inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist care, OB ED coverage, deliveries, surgical assistance, and coordination of care
- May supervise NPPs and participate in resident education, if applicable
