- Active CA license
- DEA Required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Miscarriage management skills
- Current CV with hospital affiliations
- 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty
- Explanation for gaps greater than 3 months
- Current case logs for surgical specialties
- EMR System: Epic
- Provider will be on call, not in-house
- Billing of call back applies only when physically returning to the hospital
