Job Details:
- Priority: High
- # Providers Needed: 1 -2
- # Shifts/Month: 20 (FT – 5 days each week)
- Practice Type: Hospital Based – Free Standing clinic
- No call
- Procedures: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, Hydrocele's, etc
- 1 possibly 2 OR/Surgery Days in Hospital
- AVG 20 patients per day
- APP/Mid-Level Coverage Avail: No
- Will provider work solo? Yes
- Other specialties on-site: Inpatient Hospitalist coverage 24/7
- EMR: Epic and Cerner
- Time to Credential: 2 Months
- Reason for Opening: Turnover/Vacancy
Provider Requirements:
- Board Certified, Board Eligible
- PA State License or IMLC- please include details in presentation Need someone who can provide 3 weeks a month
- DEA required
- BLS required
- No CSR license required
- 1 year minimum requirement
