Locum Tenens Interventional Cardiology need in MO

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• Licensed in MO or IMLC
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS

    Please submit bids that have availability to cover 4-5 days over a weekend period, for a total need of 2 weeks per month.   Inpatient and outpatient coverage needed   • Will the interventional locum perform electives as well as STEMI?  yes   • Will night call be general and interventional or just STEMI; is there Surgical Back up  yes general and interventional/STEMI---yes CT coverage   • What is the proposed or needed work schedule?  2-3 days of clinic and 2 days of IC procedures; as well as call coverage   • Decision making timeline and process—next 30 days   • How many MDs on site and support staff detail  ----5 drs; clinic support staff available   • Is this for locums or PERM coverage?----locums, but also have perm positions posted at mercy.net   • What are the specific Shift hours?-------0800-1630   • Will there be Night calls as well (outside the weekend call coverage)?  Yes potentially 1-2 days during 2 week rotation in addition to 1 weekend   • What are the Interventional Cardiology procedures required? Will there be STEMI calls?  LHC with intervention, RHC, TEE   • Patients per day?  When in clinic 18-25 pts; 5-7 procedures per day when in procedures   • Call type?  General and IC or could be just STEMI call   • The Practice description describes the need for a General Cardiologist. Can you please double check whether you are looking for INT Card or General Card coverage---Int Cardiology is needed
