Job Details:
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
- EMR/Charting System: EPIC
- Call Type: In-House; Telephone
- Weekend Call Coverage: Preferred 7 AM Friday to 7 AM Monday
- Procedures: Gyne Surgery is a plus, including Accessa Procedure, Urodynamics, LEEP, in-office ultrasound, Non-Stress Testing, Genetic Testing/Cancer IQ
- Staff Onsite: 6 Physicians, 1 Midwife, 1 APP for Women’s Health and Prenatal Care, 1 APP for Women’s Health
- Average Patients Per Day: 20
- Deliveries Per Month: 35-40
- Work Environment: Collaborative; No Solo Work
Physician Requirements:
- Board Certification/Eligibility: Required
- Licensure: IL State License Required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS Required
- CSR License: Required
Additional Information:
- Credentialing Time: 90 days
- On Call: Yes
