- Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
- Ongoing assignments starting 9/21(8a)-10/5(8a), 10/19(8a)-11/2(8a), 11/16(8a)-11/30(8a), 12/14(8a)-12/28(8a)
- 2 weeks per month (consecutive preferred)
- Schedule: 8a-5p, Monday – Friday, with occasional night and weekend call
- Board Certification Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- Require Hospital Privileges
- Call Response Time: 15 min
- 4 provider group – 1 physician provider and 3 APPs
- 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient mix
- Target patient load: 10-15 patients per day
- Office with EMR - ONCO EMR
- Weekly tumor board
- Shared physical location with radiation oncology
- Program holds ACOS CoC, NAPBC, and ACR ROPA accreditations
