Coverage Needed
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; full-time (40 hours/week)
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Practice setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic
- Call details: After-hours phone call only 4:30 PM–8:00 AM for established patients; weekend call phone only
- State license: Michigan license or IMLC
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Credentialing: Estimated timeline ~30 days
- Life support: BLS required
- Case logs: 24 Hematology-related and 24 Medical Oncology-related patients within the past 12 months
- EMR: Epic with Dragon dictation
- Support/staffing: Medical assistants in clinic
- Procedures/scope: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology patient management including evaluation and follow-up care; no surgeries or procedures required
