Coverage Needed
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- 3-6 night call shifts per month (5p-7a)
- Start in October
- 100% Adults
- 95% clinic; 5% hospital
- 70% Oncology; 30% Hematology
- Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
- KY State License or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) - Highly Preferred
- COVID Vaccination
- BLS & ACLS
- Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc
- Intrathecal Chemotherapy
- Intracavitary Chemotherapy - Highly Preferred
- Self-Query NPDB report required at the time of presentation
- EPIC EMR
- Support Staff: MA assigned, Midlevels for follow-ups and new Hematology patients
- Average patient census: 22/day; 2-3 new consults
- New patient appointments: 30 mins
- Follow-up appointments: 15 mins
