- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active IA License or Active IMLC
- Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology
- Available at least 2 weeks per month (Monday to Thursday)
- Clean Malpractice/Background
- Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes, very infrequent hospital consults
- Hospitalists admit all patients
- Consults, follow-up care, oversee administration of antineoplastics in the clinic
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Nursing Support Ratio: 2 nurses per provider
- Ancillary Staff: Reception, lab, social worker, referrals, dietician
- Services: Antineoplastics, phlebotomies, IV IgG, iron therapy, bone marrow biopsies
- Number of exam rooms: 4
- Medical Imaging and Lab & Pharmacy available
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 16-20
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 0-2
