• South Florida Hospital - Ongoing OB Hospitalist

Hospital Details:

• # Beds: 178
• Deliveries: 8 labor/delivery/recovery suites, 29 postpartum suites 24hr in-house nonconsecutive shifts
• 2 MD Model - weekends only(until staffed) Board Certification with a minimum of 3 years active experience, active/current skills,
• Active FL license
• Medical Spanish helpful.
• EFM Certificate required
• Manage unassigned OB patients that present to L&D and the main ER Provide coverage of Obstetric emergencies
• Manage unassigned GYN patients that present to the Main ER
• Manage all patients that present to the OB-ED (OB Triage) Perform Antepartum, Post-partum and GYN rounds on unassigned patients that are on the OB/GYN Hospitalist service
• Inpatients consults Provide emergent GYN surgery services for patients that present to the Main ER (ex. Ruptured ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, incomplete Ab, etc.) Call
• 24 hr call shifts - cannot take consecutive, must have 24 hrs in between shifts
