- 50 case logs within the past 12 months for interventional cases
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call
- Average Inpatient Admissions: >2 daily
- Total Beds: 250
- ICU Beds: 30
- Procedures: Balloon Angioplasties, Coronary Angioplasty, PCI, Heart Catheterization, etc.
- EMR: EPIC
