• Outpatient, Inpatient required
• Admissions Required
• Hospital/ Surgery Center privileges required
• Temporary privileges available
• 16 patients per shift
• 120 beds in department
• Hospital is stroke certified

Physician Requirements:

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• Fellowship Required
• No license requirement to bid
• ACLS, BLS required
• 90 days to credential
• Trauma Level 3
• Will be required to supervise Advanced Practice Providers

Call Details:

• Call Type: In house
• 20 minute call response time
• Locums Call is for Both

Skills Required:

• Upper GI endoscopy
• --> with biopsy
• --> with foreign body removal
• --> with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser)
• --> With PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)
• Esophageal dilatation/manometry
• Esophageal manometry interpretation
• Small Bowel biopsy
• Lower GI endoscopy
• Sigmoidoscopy
• --> Flexible
• Colonoscopy
• --> with biopsy
• --> with excision of polyp

Preferred Skills:

• ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)
• --> Diagnostic
• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
• Liver biopsy
• Insertion/management of Sengstaken/ Blakemore tube
