Gastroenterologist Job - Northern California Coastal

Gastroenterology needed in CA We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a long-term position at a 140-bed hospital situated along the scenic Northern California coastline. This role includes both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, with coverage for call duties. Situated along the Northern California Coastline is our 140 bed hospital looking for long term Gastroenterologist for all settings to serve this community. • Coverage Need Details: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
• Hourly Pay + call as 1099 Independant Contractor
• EMR / Charting: Epic
• Virtual Gastro Medical Scribe Services can be provided
• Types of Calls: In-House
• Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient + call
• Admissions Required?: Yes
• Patients Per Shift: 16
• Bed In Department: 120
• Days to Credential: 60

Scheduling Details:  

• Start Date will be as soon as credentialed. There is potential for this to be an ongoing need. 
• Full time GI need (we will look at 2 providers to pair together for scheduling). 
•   - 1 week of call per month 
•   - 4 days a week of procedures (dependent on what is available at the hospital so could be 3 days) 
•   - 1 day a week of clinic 

There will be one week where they are simultaneously on call, doing procedures and in clinic.   Provider Requirements    

• Active California Medical License
• Active CA FLURO
• Prefer ECRP experience (but okay if not)
• American Board Certified
• BLS Certification Required
