Calling all talent wranglers! We’re seeking a rockstar Locums Physician Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, a strong background in recruiting, and a proven track record of successfully placing locum tenens physicians. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for physicians. Your role will involve identifying and attracting high-caliber medical professionals, building solid relationships with candidates and healthcare providers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. You will leverage your industry knowledge, networking skills, and strategic thinking to drive recruitment efforts and meet organizational goals.

Recruitment and Sourcing:

• Identify, attract, and recruit qualified locum tenens physicians through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet the diverse needs of our healthcare clients.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for specific assignments.

Candidate Management:

• Build strong relationships with active and passive physicians to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate expectations and negotiate rates and terms of placement.

Placement and Coordination:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating communication, handling offer negotiations, and ensuring smooth onboarding
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the placement process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and credentialing requirements for locum tenens assignments.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections and expand the talent pool

Reporting and Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, job postings, placements, feedback, and recruitment metrics
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and outcomes. Identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance recruitment practices.

• Proven experience in healthcare staffing or a related healthcare recruiting role, preferably focusing on locum tenens placements.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing physicians in various specialties and settings.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, credentialing processes, and locum tenens dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
